INTERNET BUSINESS NEWS-(C)1995-2006 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD A test launch of a new AOL Video Internet video service is expected to be unveiled by Internet company AOL this week. The new service would provide a one-stop shop for online videos, enable users to search across the web for videos, upload videos or watch or purchase TV shows from video-on-demand channels. The channels will include shows from A&E Television Networks, Viacom Inc's Nickeldeon, MTV and Comedy Central networks and from Warner Bros. AOL said the viewing of TV shows online is becoming increasingly popular among young men and across other gender and age groups. It also intends to enable users to subscribe and rent videos online, later in 2006. ...
